In the Beginning – Part 1 –
The following is William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, explaining what existence was in the very beginning, before all of us beings were created. This is given in six parts because of the length of their explanation and the complications of the subject. We have included the sentence that began every trance that Mr. LePar gave in his more than four decades of channeling The Council.
The Council: May the Peace and the
Joy of the Infinite Father be with you all and may His Light shine down upon
you and around you and within you.
As we see here there would be the need for further information. To
give you all, somewhat, a greater insight into the beginning of all things, we
have decided to in some way explain so that it would be in the grasp of your
thinking some enlightenment into those things that existed in the very
beginning. To put into finite words the existence
of the Divine Creator before all that man recognizes now would leave much to be
desired as far as a greater or more in-depth understanding because that mind
with which man understands at a conscious level is extremely limited in its
scope or in its grasp. One might compare the very beginning, or that state
prior to any manifestation of anyone but God Himself, could be likened into a
vast sea that encompassed everything even beyond (static on tape). This vast
sea would then be in essence the Spirit of the God or the Force, the discerning
energy that occupies all of space and all of time. This would be then the Omnipotent, the
Omniscient, and the Omnipresent. This is
the source of all, the Universal Force, the Whole, the very essence of all that
you consider life, so that one might say that this is the Mind of God that
encompasses the total life energy. So
that the vibrations that make up the atomic structure, so to speak, is the
manifestation of that creative force or the Creator. Even in this one would have to consider it,
shall we say in its gross expression.
The essence of this Spirit or this Creative Power does
not change. Only the force or the form,
only the form of the manifestation changes.
This we could consider the first existence of God the Infinite Father,
the Divine Force, the Ultimate Vibration.
