With Christmas approaching and many of you interested in astrology I thought that this would be of value.
Questioner: Was the Master Jesus born under the sign of Capricorn?
The Council: No. Shall we leave it at this. Scorpio. The sign of Scorpio is the last step, if you wish to think of the signs in graduated degrees of spirituality or what have you, the sign of Scorpio is actually the highest sign in the Zodiac chart. It brings about the opportunity to gain the highest spirituality and with that also brings the opportunity of gaining the absolute degradation and complete opposite of a godliness.
The sign of the scorpion can bring the highest spiritual development possible. The scorpion can deliver the sting of spiritual bliss and the injection of the real life and life forces. It can move from under the rock of darkness into the glories of the heaven and to the skies above and that above the sun to soar as an eagle over all its domain and then from there even continue up into the heavens into the form of the dove. There is no limit to the spirituality which the scorpion can achieve. The scorpion can be the mystic of mystics, can be the creator of creator, can be the Son of God. The scorpion can be as obedient as any son to his father, and in this respect he obtains the highest spiritual development. The scorpion delivers a sting that is deadly to the darkness, and that is awe-inspiring to the light. This is the positive scorpion. But just as the scorpion can be positive so it can be considered the prince of darkness for that sting can bring a blackness to the light like you would not believe. It can bring the complete desolation of its very being, its very, very being. As a scorpion one should always achieve only the highest and this can be obtained by directing one's thoughts to that which is the ultimate expression of love and brotherly love, never allowing the base desires to touch anything that the scorpion is trying to obtain. The scorpion has an existence that is born in love, and in the gentleness of heavenly music and in the softness of the pale blue and pure white. The scorpion sleeps in the beautiful music of heaven and in the sounds of the universe in its movement towards its Creator. The scorpion should always use its ability to deliver only the highest.

Do Angels Really Have Wings?
Questioner: Have angels appeared as many artists have
depicted with the large wings?
The Council: Spirits, the angels, have a body to be sure, but it is a spiritual body, and the only reason why artists depict angels with wings and the only reason why men at times have seen the angels with wings, it is because that is what their psychological and emotional make-up require for them to see. If a heavenly being were to appear to you in its total grandeur, you would be scared out of your wits. So this is toned down, in such a way that it can be more acceptable to you.
Questioner: Why?
Questioner: I'd like to know what it looks like.
The Council: Because it is so overpowering and so beautiful and so large that you could not accept it. You would say that it is too much and you would fall in fright. But you see the Divine loves so much that He is not going to overpower you, even in such a way, so that whenever He sends those emissaries of His to help man, He sends them in such a way that they are inspired but yet not overpowered. They still have the free choice; they still have the decision without being overpowered. You see?
Questioner: I know there is a belief that sometime angels and I don't mean to be -- perhaps I am saying this literally -- angels appear as men, that there have been cases, one particular case where an individual was close to losing his physical life and two men appeared who had never been around that area before or after and rescued him. And some ministers feel that these could be angels in disguise.
The Council: We shall not make a comment on that particular situation. Mind you, this is not a comment on that particular situation; but it is true that angels can appear to man in the form of man. Now to be sure those that are viewing the angel will sense that it is a heavenly being, but this depends on, as we said, the emotional make-up and the psychological make-up of the individual. If they are in tune with Divine things, if they are religious, then that will determine the appearance of such things, of such emissaries of God. There are some that would require seeing a man with wings or someone that is of neuter appearance with wings, then if this were necessary to be sure the Lord God would see to it that they have such a messenger. But the angels have spiritual bodies which do not have physical form.

As wise and as intelligent and as advanced and open-minded
as man thinks he is, he is but a babe. To see the glories of heaven would,
shall we say, most assuredly scare the hell out of everybody in the physical.

Stress - The Killer of the Body
With the
holiday season approaching I thought it might be good to post something from William
LePar's spiritual source, The Council, about food and stress. This time of year
we find that there are more opportunities to eat more than normal and not pay
attention to what we eat. Although the holiday season is supposed to be one of
joy and happiness it can also be stressful and depressing for many. The
following are some of The Council's thoughts on maintaining a healthy body.
The Council:
Now there are some bodies or some systems that will take more acidity than
others, and there are some that will need a degree less or much less acidity
introduced into the system. This is where health lies: in what is the proper
balance for the individual body. Does it function better on a higher acidity
level or on a lower acidity level?
Now, a base
line that one could start at, if one would say the normal would be just
slightly on the acidic side but just slightly. If all were put on such a diet
so as to bring this condition about, then one could judge from that as a
standard whether a particular body or system would need a higher acidity level
or a lower acidity level. Do you understand?
Questioner If
you put everyone at the same level of acidity, then the different body types
would have to have either higher or lower to keep them healthy?
The Council:
Yes. Now, what we said was, just slightly above the norm or the average or the
medium level or the neutral balance. So, if the base line were struck at
slightly above the acidity side, use that as the base line and then determine
whether that individual or that system is functioning properly. So it would be
a matter of trial and error, although in that case then, if all were given the
proper diet, that case then one could judge on the basis of the body structure
itself. But you would have to hit the common denominator or some line of
equality.
Questioner:
If an individual had then the perfect body chemistry or acidic balance for his
particular body type, would that mean then that he would be then almost, it
would be very difficult for him to get a virus or a disease? It would be taken
care of pretty quickly by the system?
The Council:
It would mean that the body would be in much better condition to handle any
kind of infection or invasion from the outside or even from the inside.
Questioner:
Could I ask a little more difficult question then? Within this body chemistry
how would meditation work? If you had the ideal body chemistry, the meditation
would still add to the strength of that body?
The Council:
Meditation would be a needed factor to eliminate, how shall we put it,
unnecessary stress or excessive stress. The stress is what throws the system
off. Stress is actually the killer of the physical body. It is the infector of
the physical body. Once stress overtakes the physical body, then it throws the
immune system off. It throws the entire system off, but it weakens, absolutely
weakens the immune system, which opens the door then for all manner of
sicknesses.
One of the
best preventive maintenances for the physical body is daily meditation. If one
were to incorporate that into their daily routine, they would have much less
sicknesses. So, if you consider a health maintenance program, by all means, it
would have to have meditation incorporated into it. Very few of your medicines
actually cure. In most cases, they simply eliminate or cover up the symptoms,
thereby relieving the additional stress and allowing the natural healings of
the body itself to do the rest. Now, that is in most cases. Do you understand?
So, if this
is the basis of modern day medication, why not take a daily dosage of
meditation and be one step ahead?
Question: My
question now is getting to other categories. One is the junk food, and one is
the well-prepared meals. How then would both of these be tied in with all the
allergies that you hear of?
The Council:
Well, the junk food definitely deteriorates the body, in that it causes stress.
It is the chemicals or the preservatives in the junk food. Anytime you prepare
something that is supposed to be edible and you set it on your shelf and three
months later it is still edible, there is something wrong with that product. By
nature, prepared food cannot be good for you if left on the shelf for three
months or six months.
So the
chemicals to give this length of life to the food is what is detrimental to the
system or to the body. If you prepare your meals from the cleanest food
possible or the purest food possible, you will automatically have a much
healthier body and a more normal body. This would then give you a greater
margin of safety when it comes to the impurities of the rest of your society.
But when you take all the impurities that come at you in your normal-day life
and ingest even more in your food chain, you are just beating yourself over the
head twice fold.
Also, much
that can be done to eliminate some of the undesirable effects of preservatives
and what have you are those foods that are prepared in the home, even though
they may carry a degree of chemical in them, if by the person preparing them,
the food, it is prepared as an act of love, this will have much to do in
neutralizing the adverse effects of whatever it is that is in the food that
should not be. Many times this is done automatically without the individual who
is preparing the food even conscious of this factor. But if more of a conscious
effort were placed on this, it would be much more influential. It is the same
with a blessing before you eat. What good does a meal blessing have on the
meal? Well, believe us, it has much good, because you are energizing that food
with a very positive thought and a very positive outlook, and that goes into
your system then adding to the original thought that instigated the prayer
before a meal. Also, if each member at the table or at the meal brings their
mind into that framework of prayer, they have a moment or two of a form, even
though it may be very light, of meditation which brings again the body into a
better balance.

What Life is All About
This
Quote comes from William LePar's new book - Return to Eden, The Universal Being
Lectures of William LePar. Every year SOL presented their conference in October. Mr. LePar was the
featured speaker. He often prepared a year in advance for this lecture because
he felt that it was the highlight of his speaking season. The book begins with
his lecture on the Nature of Reality and proceeds through a number of subjects
that range from Kirlian photography and auras to the structure of the mind and
meditation, the Passion of Christ and how to love oneself. The following is the
closing to his lecture on Predestination or Free Will.
What’s
life all about? It’s very simple. It’s the art of loving, the art of caring,
the art of compassion, the art of accepting responsibilities and commitments,
and fulfilling them with a dignity, with an honor, so that you are not only
showing proper respect to the other individual, to the other soul, but you are
showing proper respect to yourself. You are taking on a god quality. When it
comes time to leave this life, leave something more behind than a dead body,
some clothes, and some money. Leave behind a legacy of love, a legacy of
compassion, a legacy of concern, a legacy of respect, a legacy of dependability
in fulfilling commitments. Leave a legacy of the kind of god you can be.
When
you leave this lifetime, leave a legacy of love. Leave a legacy that says this
life, this world, this earth, is just a teeny bit better because I walked
through it. It’s not hard. We have one hundred and one opportunities every day
to show kindness, to show anything that takes us out of ourselves above our
ego, and shows that we have a goodness and a quality inside that can help
others and in return those same things will be shown to you in your time of
need. Don’t expect them. Don’t ask for them. Don’t sit on your duff waiting for
them. They’ll be there. Leave a legacy of your goodness when you leave.

The Power of Colors
I promised to present something on color.
I believe that these two thoughts from Mr. LePar's spiritual source, The
Council might be interesting to many because it talks of communication with
someone who is asleep and who may live a distance from the sender.
Questioner: I would like to know if you could express to us or to myself, the relationship between color and sound?
Questioner: I would like to know if you could express to us or to myself, the relationship between color and sound?
The Council: They are basically
vibrations, energies. The sound being the lower, the color being the higher. These
can be used also in attuning oneself on the vibration level, or in the idea or vibration.
When one looks at the body not as such but as a concentrated form of energy or
vibration, then when one realizes this is really the case, then sound and
colored lights can be applied to do many things for the spirit. But it is
limited. The only true answer for the spirit rising its vibrations is to love,
to love, to love.
Questioner: Can a grandparent talk to a
grandchild who lives in another city at nighttime when they are asleep?
The Council: If the grandparent or
grandmother or grandfather can control their mind and direct it, yes. It works
more in the line of what is referred to as telepathy, but it is still
conversation with an entity in an altered state of consciousness. We would
suggest in a situation like that, if necessary to use visualization as an assistance
in it, we would suggest using a beam of light that the words or sentences are carried on. Depending on your own personal evaluation
or evolvement or concepts of color, you may choose any color of light or ray
that you would like. The most common in individuals would be a color pink which
would carry those words on a rainbow or arc or beam of light evolved or
enveloped in love. Now the pink, as a general rule, each of you have your own
personal interpretations, but the overall concept and accepted motivating force
behind the color pink is a guiding or protective or brotherly love, so if you
have that concept of the color pink, visualize your words being enveloped or surrounded
by that color. Then it becomes, how shall we say, charged a little more.

The Power of Turquoise
A questioner
asked William LePar's spiritual source, The Council, about the power of
turquoise.
The Council:
There is an old saying about turquoise, that if it is given to a friend by a
friend it acts as to, shall we say, ward off evil influences. Possibly a more
accurate explanation would be that certain minerals do have certain properties
which do affect physical. Now turquoise, when given to a friend by a friend,
will shatter if that which received the turquoise is the object of a negative
bombardment or a negative thought, especially those which are of the intensity
to bring harm not only to the physical but to the spiritual of that individual.
There are
certain stones that have certain qualities or certain abilities because of the
electromagnetic field that they create in their construction. Turquoise, if it
is in truth given to someone, given to a friend by a friend, can act as a focal
point for negativity, but the turquoise is not the only stone. These secrets,
as some may refer to them, are not really secrets but are handed down from
generation to generation and often are looked upon as legend and old-wives'
tales; but this is one particular case when this is so. The thing that makes
this an active part of the turquoise stone is that in the attitude in which it
is given. If you truly are a friend of someone's, if you truly love them, if
you truly are concerned about them, and you give that particular stone to them
in friendship and with the hopes that it will protect the individual, to be
sure then that turquoise stone will be a protective stone. Now, once the
turquoise is cracked, then it has accepted the negative charge and is no longer
valuable. To re-establish the protective shield a new turquoise would have to
be replaced.
Questioner:
What if you just buy it yourself?
The Council:
No, it is the attitude, (***). It is the attitude.
Questioner:
Then if I bought it with that attitude in mind for myself?
The Council: No. That would be self-love then. You see? If you
were to do that, buy a turquoise for your husband and give it to him,
explaining the story and hope that he would do the same.
But it is not
something that you need to protect yourself. It is a beautiful gesture to show
one's concern and love for another one, but prayer can be even more effective
than any stone. The other stone that offers such protection is the ruby.

The Council's Thoughts on Lapis
In this quote from William LePar's spiritual source, The Council, they give some insight into the use of lapis. They also provide a warning to the questioner about this particular stone. At the end of their message they point out the general value of wearing those stones and metals that are beneficial to humankind.
The Council: The lapis is a stone that contains extremely high vibrations and overindulgence in such vibrations can be as detrimental to an entity as it can be helpful.
Some people can use lapis on the bare skin. Very, very few can do this. It should be, for the general understanding, should be worn away from the skin. In other words the stone should never be worn around the neck where it actually comes in contact with the skin itself. In this case, it should be encased in some sort of covering, one that is completely sealed off. The lapis in the case here, we would suggest wear it as you feel or desire to, but do not allow yourself to get into the habit of wearing the lapis. When you have a desire to wear it, wear it for a matter of a few hours and then remove it until you definitely feel the desire to wear it again.
Questioner: Yes, would you give me an idea how it would affect my life to wear lapis?
The Council: Lapis is not a stone that we would advise you to wear very often. It has a tendency to overexcite the emotional aspects that run closely with the spiritual and for you now at this time we would suggest that you wear it only on extremely rare occasions. If we were to put it this way, if tomorrow you have a desire to wear lapis, then do not wear it, but the next time do wear it.
Each stone or metal has many effects on the individuals, some are more effective on individuals than others, and it is not really wise to become too involved with such things. In certain cases it is very beneficial but as a general rule we will not make it a policy to go much into such things.
We have given you a number of stones to be carried on your person and a metal. The stones and the metal can do nothing for you, absolutely nothing in themselves. The only time they become effective for you is with the proper frame of mind. It is true that every element created has a vibration or an energy and as the elements are combined they have a combined effect of each of the elements. With the stones that we gave you, those will truly help you, but only if your attitude or your heart is in the right place; because as this energy or vibration is brought in contact with the body, it is magnified by the sincerity and the purity of the heart and the mind, and thus it helps to rebalance the spiritual and the material aspects of the body, but the amplifying source is the heart and the sincerity to truly develop spiritually. Without this then you might as well throw the stones away, you might as well throw the metal away, for you would only be carrying excess baggage.

Our Connection with God - In the Beginning
In this quote from William LePar's spiritual source they
tell us that those of us in the earth plane or the material manifestation have
lost, to a degree, our awareness of our true godly state. It has been partially
severed. We still need this connection to survive, and it is our goal to
strengthen that connection until we have recovered all of our awareness that
has been lost over time.
This posting is a little longer than most of my posts, but I
think that you will find the explanation very interesting. The last portion was
posted previously, so what you have here is a more complete picture of The
Council's explanation.
Questioner: You said, "In the
beginning, at the time of the Fall, it was necessary to tap into God for our
essence to create," and, if this is so, is it still necessary, are we
still dependent on that?
The Council: Most assuredly, you
are still dependent on it. Now, what example could we give that would be easily
understood? Suppose you were to take the electrical system of a home, now you
have a wire from your power company coming to your home, and it goes into the
house to a master box, and from that box then you have all sorts of other wires
that run here and there. You may cut off any of the other wires and the rest
will work properly. Or, from the point of that wire that you cut off, beyond
the cut-off point anything up to that would run, anything beyond that would
not. As long as the main line comes into the house, there is life in the house,
there is electricity; but suppose that you did not sever any of the smaller
lines but severed the main line that came into the house, what would you have
running that used electricity in the house then? Nothing. In some way you could
apply this example to the connection you have with the Divine; you see, you
were acts of love and these acts of love, although you may consider them to be
tremendous beings (in your physical mind, of course, you cannot truly
comprehend) but in the spiritual awareness, each of you was a tremendous ball
of energy that was formed and developed, but this energy was in its very, shall
we say, fetus stage, so that it constantly needed nourishment for its further
growth, much as a mother carries a child. As long as the child is within her
womb, she must feed that child and it is the same with you. Your Divine Father
constantly fed you for your growth. Before you were fully matured where you
could go your own way under your own steam, you decided to cut the umbilical
cord. Well, actually, you can never do that, but we are using symbols or figurative
speaking.
Since you decided to sever the
umbilical cord, you had not fully matured, so as it stands now you have severed
only part of that cord, so that the full intensity of your godly awareness is
not yours; that is by choice. You cannot exist if you sever that cord
completely, for that which feeds you would not be there, and eventually you
would, so to speak, burn yourself out: the same in the heavens, there are suns
that grow in intensity, but in time they burn themselves out, and they no
longer exist. Now, each of you are still babes: you are still in your mother's
womb; and the Divine is still feeding you, giving you the nourishment that you
so justly need for your existence.
Think of it in another way. God is
the living essence of all that is created spiritual and material, and as this
essence you simply feed off of it; you are suspended in this ocean of love, in
this universe of love; you are similar to a beautiful goldfish in a bowl, but a
bowl that is so tremendous that it encompasses all that is ever and ever will
be created, and each of you are capable of having your own universe to work in.
You cannot live or exist in any place without touching the life-giving love of
the Infinite Father. As a beautiful piece of needlepoint or tapestry is developed,
it is first constructed from a backing; the stitches are placed very precisely
in certain places in this backing, and as time progresses then a beautiful
picture is formed, and the backing is completely covered. You are the beautiful
stitches; the backing that holds those stitches together is the Divine that is
the basis of the tapestry; the stitches are of no value without the backing,
but the backing has a value for anyone else who wishes to apply their stitches
to it. The foundation is always the necessity.

Spirituality is an Attitude
This comes from a soon to be released publication of William LePar's
lectures titled Return to Eden .
It will be published in October. I thought that this particular portion of the
book would be interesting to everyone.
Attitude of a God is what I am going to talk about. Basically it is the
journey from where you are to a higher level of spirituality. Spirituality has
to be very simple. To give you a quote from The Council, they say this:
"Spirituality must be very obvious. It must be staring us right back
in our face. Since we have an all-loving Divine Presence, then spirituality is
before us. If we cannot see it, if we cannot understand it, if we cannot reach
out and bring it into ourselves, it is because we chose to be blind to that love."
Those of you who have been in the metaphysical field are familiar with the
idea that in order to really become spiritual there are mysteries and secrets
that you have to learn about. Well, that’s good. That’s good to sell a lot of
books. The fact is there is no mystery. There is no secret to reuniting
yourself with your Divine Presence.
First of all, if as they preach, this is an all-loving God or all-loving
Divine Presence and He wants you back, why would He have secrets that you have
to discover? You see, a little logic, a little common sense, will tell you that
a lot of this stuff is hot air. So, if we do have this loving God, there is no
secret. It has to be obvious to everyone, regardless of how intelligent you are
or how unintelligent you are. It has to be very obvious. A loving God wants us
back in His bosom; therefore, He is going to make the pathway back to Him as
simple and straightforward as can be. So the individual who is the most
child-like can return to Him without any problems at all. We don’t have to
discover any secrets because there are no secrets.
Let me go on with another quote from The Council:
"It should be obvious and yet how very, very few see the obvious.
Spirituality is but an attitude ‑ an attitude toward yourself, an attitude toward life, and those around
us."
So the real truth is that spirituality is an attitude. Your spirituality is
based on your attitude. Your attitude toward yourself, to your life as you live
it, and to those individuals around you ‑ whether they are immediate family or people you
work with, people you just occasionally know. A lot of times at different
conferences when I am on the road, people say, "Can you give me a reading
on the state of my spirituality?" and I just tell them no. You can read yourself
where you are spiritually much better than I can or any psychic can. All you
have to do is ask yourself three simple questions. The first is: What is my
attitude toward myself? That’s extremely important. The second is: What is my
attitude toward life, how I live every day? And third: What is my attitude
toward other individuals? Once you get those three answers and you put them
together, you will have a perfect picture of where you are at. The fly in the
ointment is that you have to be awfully damned truthful to yourself. If you
really want to move from where you are at to a close relationship with this
Divine Presence, you have to stop kidding yourself. You have to really answer
the hard questions. Once you do then you have a place to start.
Spirituality, since it’s an attitude, is a conscious state. The Council
said that we are conscious state beings. We hear the words and we accept that
we are conscious state beings, but what really is a conscious state being? Our
being ‑ the true self ‑
is not anything but a state of
thinking. It’s our being, void of any physicality whatsoever. Our true self,
the non-physical aspects, is composed of the attitudes that delineate how we
see ourselves in relationship to other individuals. This conscious state is not
related to the physical body. The physical body is nothing more than a tool for
the conscious state to express itself. Our godly state, or the state of our
godliness, is the quality of our character and the standards or morals that we
live by. So your spirituality depends on how you live your life, in respect to
yourself and others. To have a spiritual attitude is to have a spiritual state
of consciousness. To have a spiritual attitude is to be a spiritual being. Our
spiritual attitude is the state of our being, therefore a conscious state
being. Our spiritual attitude is in our thinking process. That’s where we are
spiritual. Our spiritual attitude has to begin there, in the thought.
If there is a secret to spirituality, which, of course, there isn’t, it
would be attitude. Something so simple. If there is a miracle maker, attitude
is that mystifying secret. So attitude is the key to everything. It’s simple.
The attitude that we have to focus on, the key element, the first thing, is
this: (we have heard it a thousand and one times) Do nothing to anyone else
that you would not like done to you. The golden rule. That is the primo
attitude. That means we must be caring, we must be loving, we must be honest
and we must be faithful to those commitments we have made. It is that simple!

Starting Our Day
The
following is from one of Mr. LePar's lectures presented many years ago. We are
currently compiling a book of these and I thought that this segment would be of
interest.
This is
the part where I think you can help me, you can help the world, and you can
help yourself.
I want to
tell you a very simple way of starting the activity of the God Consciousness in
you. The first thing you do when you get up in the morning before you put your
little toes out on that cold floor is just lie there a split second longer and
start your day with a little prayer. I’d like to share a little prayer with you
that you are welcome to use. It goes this way: "Infinite Father, source of
all love and light. Accept my endeavors and accomplishments this day as a
sincere effort and desire to accept my own true godly state which you have
ordained for me. Let my efforts and my accomplishments be songs of praise and
glory and look upon me as your loving child." Now that’s a two sentence
prayer. You don’t have to verbalize. You just have to think of a prayer and you
don’t even need anything that fancy. All you have to say is: "Accept me as
I am and guide me through this day".
What does
this particular prayer say? First of all, you recognize that there is an
Essence above you. You acknowledge the fact that you are part of that Essence.
You acknowledge the fact that you have an ordained place in that Essence. You
acknowledge the fact that you may not be perfect and you may not be able to do
the godly things that you are capable of doing but because you realize the
great love of this Creator you are placing your faith that He will accept what
you can do with what you have to work with. You do not keep your
accomplishments just for yourself, but you look upon these accomplishments as
songs and praises to your Divine Source. What are you doing? Are you saying
there’s an old man up there and by His good graces, by doing good, that’s going
to be the song and praise? No, what you are saying is all the good you do you
are sending out to others through this Divine Source, so you are uniting
yourself with yourself. You are uniting yourself with your spiritual brothers
and sisters and you are uniting yourself with the Divine Creator. It’s the
first thing you want to do in the morning.
As soon
as you finish your morning prayer, and it only takes a minute or less, try to
set in your mind to accomplish one little good thing that day. That’s all. Just
one simple little good thing, a smile or a hello to someone is an example but I
am sure that you can discover many other little things to accomplish.

Unity in the Spiritual Plane of Existence
During
the 4 decades that William LePar was the channel for his spiritual source, The
Council, they nearly always spoke through him as a union of 12 souls. In all
that time there were only two occasions that I know of where one member of The
Council spoke separately from the other 11. What is presented below is one of
those times. I felt that everyone would find this of interest because The
Council has insisted that we never lose our individual personalities when we
leave the physical plane. The individual personality continues to grow and
expand and yet we are united with other souls in a way that cannot be
duplicated in our physical plane. The Council:

To
show each of you that we live in total unison and love with one another and
still maintain our responsibilities to ourselves and we maintain our own
individuality, I, as a member of The Council have chosen to speak to you on
that basis. Each of you may venture out
into a new way of thinking and a new kind of life, one of real service to
yourself and to others. I, as an
individual creation of the Divine Father, wish to encourage you, wish to point
out that not all choices in life are easy, but one should not choose according
to the easiness of the way of life, but choose according to its eventual
awards. Do not be surprised in accepting certain attitudes which we will
attempt to give you. Do not be surprised
if you meet challenges because of this.
It is not for us to destroy anything, but it is for us to add to and to
clarify. One must realize that when the
truth is brought forth and the Light shines through that truth, all other
elements that are not the truth will eventually crumble and fall. But the truth does not shine out so easily;
it is always a constant effort to bring it forth. We hope that each of you uses
this strength in the desire to reach spirituality. We hope that with these desires you seek that
which is truly the truth. I might also
add that in speaking separate from my brothers and sisters, if we may use that
term only to let you know that all are equal, there is a loss in doing this,
not a loss in the sense that you understand, but as we unite and work in the
Light of the Divine together we add to each other, and as I separate myself
from these to speak to you to show that there is a personality for each of us,
that time, that period, I am without those that love me and that I love. That is why we rarely speak separately.

In a Time Before
I think that
this short message from William LePar's spiritual source, The Council offers a
lot of food for thought if we dwell on what is said here. First, we existed as
spirit beings with our Divine creator before this material world and universe
existed. Second, we were given complete free will by the Divine so that we
could choose any path that we wished. Third, the Divine wishes us to chose, of
our own free will, to work with him in co-creation. Forth, that he has given us
free will in how we work with the material world and that most of what happens
here is by our choice and not his. Fifth, He wishes us only the very best but
some have chosen not to accept this gift of His total love.
The Council:
In a time
before the material manifestation existed, all of you existed with and in this
Divine Essence, because your ultimate existence was to have the quality of this
Divine Source, not the quantity but the quality. You were given absolute free
will. This is the expression of total love from this Divine Source. The Divine
Source does not wish that you should be subjective or subservient to His Will
because it should be, but that you should be subservient to that Divine Will of
your own choice. The Divine Will for you is that you gain the quality that God
the Father has. Since you are only a part of Him who created all, you can never
be equal in quantity. The patience of this Infinite Father is unending, but
since He has given you free will, all things that transpire in the material
manifestation and in those levels beyond are governed more by your choice than
by what He commands. Some have truly moved closer through the eons of time;
others have moved further away. Some have tried to bring light to the material manifestation,
while others have tried to encrust it in even darker abysses and darker
clothing.

Love and The Universal Being
I thought that these paragraphs from one of William LePar's lectures might
be of interest so I am presenting it here.
Man’s woes are rooted in the fact that he has not accepted his status as a
universal being. What is needed is for a real awakening to take place within
him. It is for man to understand that he is part of the whole and not an island
unto himself. A golden thread weaves itself through the universe and it is
essential that man connects himself with this thread so that he may live a
fulfilling and enriching life. What is that golden thread? It’s the fact that
we are capable of loving. That is our prime purpose in creation, to love, to
love ourselves first because if we don’t love ourselves we can’t love anybody
else. All we can do is possess. Possession is only holding onto and not
experiencing. If our only measure of growth is our ability to love, what is
really holding us back? There isn’t one person who doesn’t want to feel love
from someone else. Our natural created state is to want to love. I say, let’s
forget about the extremities that the world has forced us to wear. If you tell
someone you love them and you care for them what can they do? The worst they
can do is haul off and smack you. So what? I have been smacked more than once
and in a couple of days I forgot about it. There are many loves that I have
missed that I will never forget. Many opportunities that I let go by that I
wish I hadn’t.
I truly
believe this is the most important bit of information The Council has ever
given us because it is the key to everything. It is the key to why we are here.
It goes like this: "We said that spirituality is an attitude. Yes, it is. It
is that simple. It is an attitude of love, of giving, of compassion, of
commitment, of thinking about the next person before you think about yourself."
Think
about that. I’ve been talking to you about love. Love is giving. Love is being
willing to commit yourself to an individual so that you give to them totally. Thinking
about them before you think about yourself. Did we ever stop to think that in
doing that we’re actually achieving spirituality? If spirituality is an
attitude of giving and loving and commitment then all of life is nothing more
than an attitude and what is an attitude? It’s the way we choose to look at any
given situation. The way WE CHOOSE to
look. Love is an attitude and with that attitude I guarantee you 100% that you
are going to grow spiritually.

Animal Heaven - Our Love Creates It
In this
bit of information from The Council they explain where the life force or
essence of an animal goes after it dies. They also give us insight into how our
love for an animal gives it a special status when it passes on. I am sure that
many of you have great affection for those animals that share your life. It is
comforting to know that the relationship can continue beyond the physical
manifestation. Below The Council explains. Since this piece of information is
longer than most of my postings. I have the beginning portion here and for
those who wish to read the entire section I have provided a link below.
Questioner: I do have a question
that was brought to my mind about the animal consciousness. Where does that go
when the animal expires?
The Council: Well, in most cases
if the animal does not have a true love, you know, say a master who is deeply
fond of that animal, it goes back to, shall we say, (we must be careful now, in
wording this, because it could be made into something that does not exist) but
it goes back into, shall we say, a stockpile wherein that energy or that force
of life then can come back and replenish the earth and mankind, you see. But
those animals that have found a place in man's heart then can be sustained, so
to speak. So that as you find fondness with whatever manner of pet, regardless
of what it is then your love sustains that and gives it a more permanent and,
shall we say, a more personalized consciousness. Do you understand?
Questioner: Well, when
everything is said and done, what will this group animal consciousness become a
part of? Will it go back to the Godhead?
The Council: Well, to carry it
to a point where you might have, shall we say, a different point of
perspective, that consciousness or that energy that manifests as a form of
animal was your original creative area to work in, if you will recall what we
gave you some time ago as to the very beginning. Now, that is, shall we say,
your sustenance for the material manifestation. As you grow and you begin to
realize that all living things are a part of God and that man has a direct
responsibility to all those things, then you do in your own way create, shall
we say, a purpose for that animal to exist. Now, a pet, for example, adds to
your avenue of expressing love, also gives you the opportunity to be a proper
caretaker of that animal, you see, and in so doing then as the time for that
animal to pass on comes, if you have truly been a guardian to that animal, then
you, shall we say, individualize that part of that consciousness so that it can
remain isolated from the rest of that conscious area. Do you understand this?
Now, all those who choose to
so such things, then have that part of their being or part of their sphere of
existence as long as they wish it. In other words, suppose you were to go into
another state of existence or into another conscious state, which we refer to
as death, if you have loved a horse, then when you get there that horse would
be as real as in the material and as real as you, because you have given it,
shall we say, a form of life through that love that you had had for it. Do you
understand that?
Now, for as long as you wish,
that will be there. If at sometime you choose not to have that exist anymore,
then that conscious part goes back into this, shall we say, lump of
consciousness. In the final period when the material manifestation is no longer
necessary then all those who have loved their animals whether they be the
barnyard or the household pet, they will maintain or can maintain that segment
of that consciousness for as long as they choose, but that segment that has not
had that love expressed then will go back to the Godhead itself.

The Alpha and The Omega Points
This is
a rather long posting but I think you will find it of interest and worth
reading. This information comes from WIlliam LePar's spiritual source, The
Council during one of his trance sessions where they were discussing their
purpose for these trances. The Council:
As a
bit of general information, what are you really involved in? What is really
going on? What can an individual expect out of dealing with us or dealing with
the material? We will tell you. What is going on is the instructions that will
bring you to the Omega Point, the Omega Point. What is the Omega Point? First,
you must learn what the Alpha Point is. The Alpha Point was at that moment in
eternity when the Divine Source brought you into existence; complete; whole;
beautiful; magnificent; power within yourself that would be unbelievable;
purity of heart that would be unsurpassed by anything else; like a light that
shines brighter than all the light in the universe. In this beauty, in the
total magnificence and power, in the center of it, was you; busy in motion,
busy at creation, the motion, the activity, the sensing, the examining of a
world never seen by human hands, never seen by human eyes, a world unlike
anything you have ever conceived or are capable of conceiving; not a world as
you understand, limitations, but a heavenly world of motion, action, expansion;
such beauty, of vibrant existence, a constant evolution of creation. That was
each of you. The power of one thought from you could create an entire universe
as fast as the thought could form, but the awe-inspiring factor was the warmth
of love, the power of love that emanated with such strength that it elevated
everything that would come in contact with it; add to it so that it would grow
and blossom, like a beautiful rose, like a beautiful tree, yes, the Alpha
Point. All was perfect; all was perfect; until that love no longer flowed out,
but was turned inward, and then the Omega Point. Oh, oh, what a Point to reach.
It was like an entire world collapsing in on itself, but the transmuting of
that brought about a second Alpha Point in the material manifestation. This
then was when you as spirit entities were entrapped in the material
manifestation. From there on each of you as souls, as beings, as Children of
God, have moved constantly in one direction or the other, forwards or
backwards, through many times, through many changes, through many periods of
darkness and through many periods of light, and so now mankind arrives at this
time in the plan and each of you here are in this time. Our purpose is to bring
you again to the Omega Point which will be the doorway to the original Alpha
Point.
You
wonder what is the Omega Point now? Is it like the one we described before? No,
no, you are to grow from that collapse; you are to grow into the original Alpha
Point. How do you do it? Let us tell you of the great love your Creator has for
you. It is very simple. Perfection in an instant, if you choose. Each of you
and every one on the face of this earth has a past. What should you do with
that past? Should you let it devour you? Should you let it destroy you? Or
should you allow it to teach you? All of you have a now. What should you do
with it? Should you allow it to destroy you? Or should you allow it to teach
you? And all of you have a tomorrow. Should you also allow it to destroy you or
teach you? The steps to perfection are relatively simple. Your past is your
past, and you should learn to accept it. You should learn to affirm that it did
exist and that is that. Regardless of what you may have done, do not let it
hold you from growth. No one's past is without negativity, without, what some
refer to as, sin. Do not allow guilt to destroy you because it was never meant
to destroy but it was meant to create. Guilt, if handled in a proper way, is an
extremely healthy thing, but, unfortunately for mankind, he turns a beautiful
gift of God into something that destroys and annihilates the soul. Guilt is the
finger pointing to the proper way. Man should learn to accept that direction
that the finger is pointing to, and then learn to accept those sets of
experiences or circumstances that brought about the finger of guilt. Accept it;
affirm it; and then move to the present of now. Do not allow it to hold you in
the past, for it was not meant to. That is man's laziness, his lack of faith.
Even now, what is there to do? How do we prepare? What must we prepare? Now is
where perfection lies, not in the past, not in the future, but now. Perfection
lies in the here and now, if -- oh, that treacherous little word that rises its
head like a venomous serpent, -- if -- do you remember what we said about that
large, large word? If is the difference between what you are and what you
should be, what you could be -- if each of you were to do the very best you
could or can do in your situation now, that is perfection, THAT is perfection.
If any one of you were to actually enlist all the powers within you, all the
forces that God your Father has given you, if you were to actually enlist those
and apply those to any set of circumstances or situations or problems or what
have you that would come up in the here and now, if you would apply yourself to
the best of your ability, you would reach perfection right then and there. And
then what? Then the Omega Point. What is the Omega Point? For you here and now
the Omega Point will be the most glorifying experience in your entire creative
existence; in that it will be the meeting of your existence and your essence.
The Omega Point; the rebirth of you to the state that you were originally
created in. How simple it all is. The mystery of all of man's creation, all of
his efforts, given in one simple statement: the Omega Point. You want a
mystery? You want a secret? You want something very profound? You have been
given the key to God.

The Pyramids and the Coral Castle - How They were Built.
Recently I posted information from
William LePar's spiritual source, The Council, on pyramid construction. One of
my friends posted a comment about the Coral
Castle in Florida so I felt that it would be
appropriate to present The Council's interesting reply to that question. In the
last paragraph The Council refers to time, creation and the spiritual grid. It
would take many pages to cover that information. It truly is complicated for us
to grasp these concepts. Hopefully, we can discuss those in future postings.
Questioner: Several years ago there was
a man in Florida
that single-handedly built these structures out of huge blocks and rocks and so
forth, and when asked how he did it, he said he had a process similar to the
way the pyramids were built. Is there any truth to this?
The Council: You see any evidence of
anything else?
Questioner: No.
The Council: The secret is not such a
great secret, and it is not so well hidden. Does that answer your question?
Questioner: Yes. Does that mean that
presently it would be possible to duplicate the pyramids or has the density of
matter increased such that the methods that worked then perhaps would not work
now?
The Council: Your relationship to the
density of matter is in proportion to your spirituality, so that any one of you
could be instrumental in rebuilding a pyramid, even today.
Questioner: Thank you. That is most
interesting.
The Council: Such works are truly no
feat of the soul. They are only feats of the physical body and the physical
mind. You see, you must look for the true source of activities. What can your
physical body do in relationship to a stone that may weigh ten tons? Can your
physical body move that stone?
Questioner: No.
The Council: So then it must be
something else. It must be something far more powerful than your physical body
and absolutely more powerful than that stone. If that be the case, then what
else is there but your own real source of activity.
Questioner: I don't find it hard to
understand that the soul is capable of moving rocks that weigh tons and tons;
it just seems that these abilities are something that by and large we have lost
and forgotten and really don't have much of an idea of how to approach it.
The Council: You have lost those
abilities because you do not choose to think in a godly manner, in a godly way.
You choose to forget your true potential. You choose to ignore the fact that
you are basically a god who is doing less than what he could do. You are
forgetting that you are an image of the Divine Source. Even when you are given
a personal example of what you can do in the form of Christ, you still refuse
to accept your places. Isn't it far greater to rise above physical death than
to move a mere stone? For in rising above the physical death, you must utilize
your potential and overcome all of the natural laws of creation. You must
control absolutely and with absolute preciseness the laws of physical nature to
rise above the physical death. Does that answer your question?
Questioner: Yes.
The Council: Moving mere stones,
regardless of their sizes, is truly nothing in comparison to what you are
actually capable of doing and what you are actually doing presently. If you
could understand one speck of what we have said about time and about the creation
that you are involved in and what we have said this evening about utilizing
this spiritual grid, if you could understand one word of what we have said, the
powers needed to utilize and create the material manifestation from this
spiritual grid would make moving a stone absolutely nothing, not even worth
considering. The magnitude of the power necessary to create the material
scenario that your soul is going through is far greater than any small,
isolated element of that total picture. So you see, you are capable of
activities that you cannot even comprehend in the material, and yet you worry
about moving a small stone? Or doubting your ability to do such. What did Jesus
say? He gave each and every man in this present age the key; if you wish to move
a mountain, know that you can do it and it will be moved.

When the Heart Sings
The
following is an example of the poetic style that Mr. LePar's spiritual source,
The Council, often used in the closing of a trance session. There is really
nothing that I can add to the words below. The Council:
Something
to think about: When the heart sings, when the eyes can see a little beauty in
small things, when the heart laughs, when the heart experiences joy and warmth,
when the lips smile, and the voice is raised in a loving laugh of joy, then
that soul is given proof that it has created a thing of beauty, and the seed of
that creation was planted in the past. If that soul will choose to look even
more at the beauty in the small things that exist, it will continue to create
for itself not only small beautiful things but it will gradually begin to
create large beautiful things for itself. So when the eye sees a little beauty
here or a little joy there and it appreciates it, it will then begin to look a
little more or a little harder, and it will then begin to see even more beauty
and more joy. And in so doing then the heart begins to laugh and feel joy to a
greater proportion than what it did before, and if the heart is happy, if it
sees beauty, if it experienced joy, then it is a reflection of the thought, the
mind, of the entity, and if that is the reflection, then it means it is
creating even more. So it becomes an unending circle. It is an unending spiral
that grows upward. Look for something joyful. Look for something small and tiny
that is joyful. Then look for something small and tiny that is beautiful. Appreciate
that joy, that beauty, savor it, place it in your heart, and keep it in your
thoughts. And in so doing you open your blind eyes to greater light, greater
beauty, thus the heart rises up and the consciousness creates more and more
that is godly. If you laugh today, it is because you have created something
joyful yesterday.

How the Pyramids were Built
I thought for
this posting, I would offer something a little different. This comes from a
series of trances when we were discussing the spiritual history of mankind. As
we progressed through time we came to the period of Atlantis. William LePar's
spiritual source, The Council, said that it was Atlanteans who actually built
the biggest pyramids in Egypt .
It was their technology that was used. The following is a brief discussion of
how they did it.
Questioner: Could you tell us please how the pyramids
were built? That is, any of the
pyramids, Egypt
or Mu, Lemuria, Atlantis?
The
Council: Through the mental processes.
Questioner: The same powers that could also be turned to
destruction?
The
Council: Power is neither good nor
bad. Power in itself is neither good nor
bad. Those that apply it determine
whether it is good or bad.
Questioner: Did they simply will the construction, will
the blocks to move? I suppose that is
the question.
The
Council: Basically, it was a matter of
willing, but they needed help.
Questioner: From crystals again?
The
Council: No, only partially.
Questioner: Then from what?
The
Council: Special appliances. Basically, metallic rods held in hands. One
was a barrel-shaped rod; the other was a staff rod. The high priest then would carry these, and
it was used as a tuning mechanism. The assistant priests or the common priests
then would concentrate, and through a means of chanting which would have been
strictly cosmetic in actuality, the chanting served their conscious mind for
concentration, but the chanting in itself served no other purpose; focusing
these thoughts then and the high priests holding these rods, touching the stone
or the block that had to be moved, created a field that negated the
gravitational force, thus allowing that stone or that rock to rise. Do you understand?
Questioner: Yes, somewhat, are you talking of
vibrations? Through some kind of
vibratory energy that the rock gained an anti-gravitational state?
The
Council: The mind emanates an electrical
field. This electrical field can be
focused. The priests would concentrate
on the rising of the rock or the elevating of the rock. They were of one mind then. The high priest which held these appliances,
with the use of the appliance would be able to be what you could refer to as a
power element or the priest with these appliances then would accumulate these
electrical impulses derived from the extreme concentration and would trigger
then, with the help of these appliances, a force that would negate the magnetic
field in relationship to the object. Now
the priests would lay hands on the object or the stone. Do you understand?
Questioner: Yes.
The
Council: The high priest would walk
ahead or behind of the stone and one could consider then, because of the
appliances, the high priest would be used as the power source to cancel out the
gravitational force on the rock itself.
This would be done in a manner that is hard to explain because the
concept is not in line with man's normal understanding but what constitutes
material form but atoms. Again, what are
atoms but fields of energy or electricity, and so by activating the molecular
structure of the stone in such a way it would eliminate the relationship with
the magnetic field or with the gravitational field, thus causing it to elevate
or levitate.

How God Looks at Us
This is the closing of one of WIlliam LePar's lectures given
many years ago. What is presented is certainly timeless.
"I’d
like to share with you one final insight from The Council which will bring my
segment to an end. This final quote
summarizes our status in the eyes of this Divine Presence. It shows us also how to view each other. What I found very interesting was that The
Council said this is the way this Divine God or this Infinite Father looks at
us, what he thinks of us. It goes this
way:
'You are
a glorious being. You are deserving of
all the godly love possible and it is your responsibility to love yourself to
the greatest degree possible, to respect yourself to the greatest degree
possible. To do anything less is sad, truly
sad. To set aside all that beauty and
power and the glory that is yours by your birthright is sad especially when the
only way that that can be set aside is to exchange it for something so trivial
as the self-serving ego. Set aside the
selfish ego and take on the godly ego.
Adorn yourself with the golden robes that you were given as your
birthright and walk proudly sharing yourself with others. Walk proudly picking those up around you as
others will pick you up. Resurrect
yourself at this time. Accept your
divinity. Carry your heads high and be
proud that you are truly a son and a daughter of the Divine. You are nothing less than the heirs to all of
creation that is and all that will ever be.'
That is
the way this Divine Essence looks at us.
His sons, his daughters adorned in golden robes walking hand in hand
with our brothers and sisters carrying each other being able to justly hold our
head proud, inheriting all that has been created and all that ever will be
created in the future.
In respects
to each of you I would like to personally salute each of you as ambassadors of
God’s love."

The Moth to the Flame
The Moth to the Flame
Just as we are drawn
to the light of God,
as moths to a flame,
so is God drawn
to where love is, as a
moth to a flame.
Since the beginning of mankind, we have always been drawn
naturally to a light, whether it be a physical light or the light of some lost
remembrance of a greater state. See how the butterfly is drawn to the light of
a beautiful flower. Once landing on its petals, bathed in the reflective glow of
its brilliant host, it is served the sweet nectar that is the sustenance of its
life. We who are more like the moth, traveling in a land of darkness,
instantaneously are attracted by the distant glow. We seek that brilliant light
so that it may illuminate the darkness through which we must travel. We seek
that warmth so that it may comfort us in our flight.
Is it not so that the light is provided as an act of love to
guide us to a safer place? Is it not an act of love that the light provides us
with a warmth? Is it not an act of love that the light illuminates the dark
place in which we flutter? Is it by accident that man's conception of light is
the symbol for the Giver of all that is necessary and meaningful to man? Have
we not realized yet that there are no such things as accidents? That certain
symbols, certain concepts, are a part of our inner being, our outer reality, so
that that Love that is represented by the Light is always before us, if we
choose to see it, if we choose to accept it? Is it possible that we can even
begin to conceive of the light, of the flame, if there were not at least a
modicum of love within us?
If there is even a small spark of love within us, then the
ultimate is unavoidable. It is only a matter of time before that spark of love
is drawn back into the original Source of that love. Regardless of how far
distantly removed that spark has become the spark and the source are of a
oneness, thus they must be drawn and once again united. And if that spark is
lost in despair and darkness, then the truth will reign in this: that the
Source of the light will also reach out to that spark in the distance.
Do these things just happen? Coincidence? No, like will be
drawn to like because the whole cannot be whole unless all parts are present.
The light cannot be as brilliant as its greatest potential if one spark is
absent. The spark itself, lost in its situation, calls out for help, calls out
for reuniting with its whole. Man can fight that natural urge to be drawn to
his God, but it is to no avail because he was conceived in love, therefore the
love of God is present in him whether he chooses to utilize it or not. This
being fact then it is also fact that God will be drawn to him as he is drawn to
his Maker.
What is the impelling force of these actions? Nothing short of
love. The same love that we can have for each other. The love that we have for
each other is the same love that the Divine has for us as individuals. The
inescapable fate of man: the uniting of his soul with the Great Soul of His
Creator.
Everything in life or creation, whether it is the material
aspects or spiritual aspects, is connected. Nothing is isolated. In this fact
of reality, that all things are connected, there are bridges or pathways or
avenues, which unite all of creation, that we can travel that can bring us to
different points or opportunities. Some of these avenues are simple little
actions or thoughts, attitudes, or frames of mind. These are for us to use.
These are not necessary for the Divine. They are necessary for us. To reach the
point of having these attitudes or approaches, we have to achieve a specific
understanding, a specific insight, a specific awareness, and the faith to trust
in such a child-like action and belief. Remember, it is the child that the
Divine encompasses in His Arms and will hold to His Bosom. The rays of God's
love reach out to the simple little actions or thoughts or attitudes that carry
that small spark of light from ourselves. And as the rays of God's Love connect
with us through those simple little actions that we are responsible for, they
act as a magnetic draw that levels out our path towards Him. And in this
symbiotic connection man is carried to his crowning glory.

The Key to Spiritual Growth - A Poem
During William LePar's trances his spiritual source, The Council, often presented little gems of wisdom. Many times they appear to be in the form of a poem. On William LePar's website we post a quote each month. The Council:
The only key to growth,
Spiritual growth,
Is love.
The only action
To spiritual growth
Is love.
The only way or effort
To spiritual growth,
And at-one-ment with
The Divine Father
Is love.
A simple word,
Yet a word
That encompasses so much,
And so completely,
That even a breath from your lungs
Can be an act of love.
And if this be the case,
Then even your unconscious
Breathing
Can be a minister
Of love and healing.
