William LePar talks about developing
a prayerful life.
All actions that are necessary within the family should first be born in prayer. That does not mean we spend all day praying, but if you simply ask for guidance, very quickly and simply, in a split second that a thought takes, to act in God’s will, in whatever situation you find yourself. We are all creatures of habit, so, to get into a better relationship with God, make it a habit of saying quick little prayers. All you have to do is make a simple thought statement such as, “Lord guide me. Lord let me do your will in this situation.” It takes time to say those words verbally, but it takes a split second to think of that request. This is what is called a prayerful life. So, when you leave the house whether it is for work or for some activity, simply think, “Lord, let this be an opportunity for your will and your glory.” What you have done is make every action in your life an action of prayer. It is very easy to have a prayerful life if you want it.
All of us
have a point that decides whether we are with God or away from God. We all have
that pivotal point or breaking point. That point can either be used to bring us
closer to God or drive us away from God. Since habit is part of our being, why
not turn that into something constructive as much as we can. Getting
into the habit of living prayerful life is one of the ways to take that habit
or that weakness, that part of our being, and make it a productive situation.
Admittedly, at first, you are going to have to put out some effort to think to
do that. After a while, you won’t be thinking, “I have to do that,” because you
will be thinking, “It is what I want to do.” Each time you do that you chisel
away a little of the exterior granite that you built up around you. You polish
that exterior just a little more so that it becomes transparent and in that,
God is more likely to flow through you and shine through you. So, a habit that
can be used to our detriment can easily be turned around and used for our
growth.

Fear has many forms and there
are many reasons why it is a factor in life. William LePar’s spiritual source,
The Council, addresses this problem.
Questioner: When fear blocks the life plan or seems to be
preventing one from completing it, what purpose does that have and how does one
conquer that?
The Council: Fear, fear, fear. Man's stumbling block. Why
should there be fear? What should you fear? If you believe, truly believe, that
nothing ends, nothing is destroyed, only change takes place, fear should not be
a part of human nature. It should not be part and certainly is not part of the
spiritual soul. Fear is an element or a by-product of the emotions. It is the
lack of security, regardless of the circumstances, it is the lack of security.
Most fear originally starts, again, with the initial cause and that is a lack of
self-love. Those who have gone to war, let us give you an example, who have
volunteered in wars, within their being, whether they would admit it verbally
or not, they accepted the possibility that they may not return. This naturally brings
into those individuals an element of fear. Yet some of those individuals bravely
go ahead and march into battle. Why? What is the difference? Why does fear
cripple one individual and yet the other individual brings a nobility to them?
They use that fear as a stimulus to give them the courage to go forth. Fear can
be a useful product or a useful source of energy if one knows how to use it, and
that is allow it to realize that it is not real and that there is nothing to
fear for there is no ending to anything only change.
Many times, people have great
fear in their life. Why? In some cases it is a manifestation of the ego. It is
a way of, how shall we put it, an individual who appears to have it all or to
know it all or to be all, yet within that individual there is an emptiness, a knowing
that it is nothing but a facade. These individuals have great fear because they
realize that it is the ego and nothing else. Fear should never cripple an
individual. Fear should be used to caution the individual, to cause the
individual to reflect upon what the source of the fear is. If one has a fear of
losing their life because of an accident or what other possibilities may bring such
a situation about, the individual must begin to realize that at very worst they
were to lose their life that is the very least because there is no such thing as
losing your life. It is simply a matter of change. If we were to take that even
a step further, as could be in some cases, if the loss of life did occur, in
some odd way it may be beneficial in that the individual would not incur more karma.
Of course, that is not always the case.

The Council: May the Peace and the Joy of the Infinite
Father be upon you all, and may His Light shine down upon you and around you and
within you.
Who are we? What is our
purpose for being here? Why have we chosen to touch in with mankind in this
manner? We come from what we have called the God-Made Heavenly Realms. We
reside in the Celestial Level. Our next step of advancement or growth allows us
then to merge directly with the Godhead or the God-Force. We still maintain our
unique identity, but in that total immergence with the Godhead our
personalities are magnified tenfold times ten. We have gone through the Man- Made
Heavenly Realms. We have reincarnated many times, but we have finally achieved
success in our spiritual growth, thus we needed not to reincarnate again. This
made us eligible then to enter into the God-Made Heavenly Realm.
The God-Made Heavenly Realm
was originally intended for your use, your spiritual growth, your reawakening
to your true godly state. But over the eons of time those who did not accept
their positions were given the ability to create whatever they so chose to
create and along with creating the material manifestation, or your world, your
universe, the cosmos, you also created an artificial heavenly realm. This was
out of a need or a necessity because those souls who did not choose to utilize
their maximum potential were forced then to constantly reappear in the physical
dimension or manifestation that they created. In other words, they had to continue
to relearn the lesson or attempt to relearn the lesson. Thus, this temporary way
station or waiting place or place of re-evaluation of self is referred to as the
Man-Made Heavenly Realms. We have gone through that and finally achieved, as we
said, the maximum spiritual potential we could achieve in a material form, thus
making us eligible for what was originally intended for the creations of the
Divine, the children of the Divine, and that is the God-Made Heavenly Realms.
This level of being or information, for we are in fact
beings not just a source of information, has never before contacted the material
manifestation. Upon the passing of this one, we will no longer speak to
mankind. The purpose of this level in speaking to mankind at this time should
be quite obvious to all of you. Not only are we attempting to reawaken the
spiritual quality that you all have, we are also charged with trying to get you
to begin to think for yourself. Rely on the Divine that lies within each one of
you. Begin to appreciate the quality that the Divine has created in you. In
other words, it is our purpose to attempt to get you to think and to get you to
begin to love yourself. Your world is in the condition it is in because the
souls or mankind has forgotten how to love himself, how to appreciate the god that
he truly is. In the very beginning when those souls left the Divine Source to
discover themselves through themselves, this Divine Presence or God issued
forth an essence of form. That essence of form was for you. This essence of
form is what you created all that exists from.
William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, answers a question about us knowing our life plan.
Questioner: My question is: How can we know our life plan
for sure? And if we have strayed from it, do we have indications and things
that show us that we are off the beaten path that we should be following?
The Council: There is no way you can absolutely know your
life plan. Part of spiritual growth is that discovery of the life plan. If you understand
that the initial life plan is made so that your entire life is an experience of
joy or happiness, then one can see where they went wrong by re-examining those periods
of the life that are not as joyful. Everything that transpires in a lifetime is
based on cause and effect. If initially the life plan as all life plans are constructed
so that you learn your spiritual reality through happiness, because of the habitual
nature of the material experience and the root cause which is a lack of
self-love, therefore a lack of self-respect, this opens the door then to many wrong
decisions, and each wrong decision then becomes a cause that must answer to an
effect. If man were to begin to think before he acted, much of the sorrow that
man experiences would be eliminated and the more of you that would think before
you acted the greater the peace would be in the world, the greater the happiness
would be in the world. When you apply the law of cause and effect, it not only
deals with you as an individual, but it can have extenuating ramifications that
go far beyond yourself and touch in to the lives of innocent people. How can
you correct a life that is not as happy and joyful as it should be? Ask
yourself: What have you done, what choices have you made that did not honor yourself
as a god? What choices did you make, what acts did you perform or commit that did
not honor you? In answering those questions, one, if honest with themselves,
can make great strides in reversing the course of their life and correct all
karma that is necessary to be corrected in this lifetime, therefore achieving
the right to enter directly into the God-Made Heavenly Realms. Once this is
achieved, then of course there is no need to reincarnate.
Here we have William LePar's spiritual source, The Council, telling us how to treat people we meet.
Questioner: William LePar said that spiritually successful people can look at anybody and see some goodness in them. And sometimes you look at somebody and you know in your mind that you are both made by the same Creator, but beyond that there is nothing to see.
The Council: Well, if you can see that, that is a start. There are some individuals it is very hard to see any good in them. There are some individuals other than just knowing that they were made by the same Creator that made you is the best you can do. From that point on it is positive thinking or hopeful thinking. Do you understand?
Questioner: Yes, kind of.
The
Council: Sometimes it is necessary to give a person the benefit of the doubt.
Sometimes it requires a number of times, but the thing you must remember is when
you give a person like that the benefit of the doubt, you may be surprised one
of these times they may prove that they were worthy of your benefit of the
doubt. There are some people that just takes a little longer to get started.
Then, of course, there are always those that will never get started. With
those, move on.

Meditation and Communicating with the Higher Self
In the final part of this three-part series, William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, explains what is guidance from above and what is not.
Questioner: I have a question about meditation. How do you know when you are getting, when your thought is not yours, but is supposedly from your inner soul or inner being or from God? Is it just knowing? You just will know? Or is there another sign you look for?
The Council: Well, it depends on what your personal beliefs are. There are a number of ways according to different beliefs in testing such things. A general rule that is as safe as anything is to evaluate what is given to you and see that it does not contradict what you know as Divine principles or the Ten Commandments. You must remember that the Ten Commandments, although they are reduced to some very simple statements are very grand spiritual truths. They encompass much above what just the words say, yet they have not been condensed in such a way so as to lose their immensity. They were condensed into ten simple statements so that they would become more useful to mankind as a whole. If you study those Ten Commandments, and understand them, then those are more than sufficient or adequate measures of evaluating anything that you would get in meditation or what have you. Do you understand?
Questioner: Yes, thank you.
The Council: A lot of people in the future will be somewhat shocked to find, as spirituality does actually grow in them and in the world, there will be a certain amount of returning to the old-fashioned principles. That will sadden some but that is the way life goes. There are some basic truths that man will not be able to escape. Oh, he can run from them, but he will eventually find himself guiding himself right back into them headfirst.

Many Souls Leaving Our World
William LePar’s spiritual
source, The Council, addresses conditions that we are experiencing in our world
now.
Questioner: My question regards all these souls that are
passing away and all of these strifes that are happening around the world, deaths
are happening in record numbers. What effect do all those souls who do not have
a chance to develop, what effect do they have on the spiritual realm?
The Council: If the opportunity to fulfill your full life
has been taken away from you through no fault of your own, then all that you
were to achieve in the original plan, and again remember the original spiritual
plan for each lifetime is to achieve perfection in that lifetime through the means
of happiness, joyful experience. If your life is unjustly taken away from you,
regardless of what the reason is, and you are not responsible for that, then
you are automatically credited with a successful achievement. In other words, if
a dictator because of its policies or his policies takes away your life, upon your
death then you enter into the God-Made Heavenly Realms. The reason being is
that if you would have been able to fulfill that life plan someplace along the
line you could have had a change of heart or consciousness and begin to develop
spiritually to the point where you could enter into the God-Made Heavenly
Realms. Regardless of how unlikely that may have been, you still achieve that
status. This shows you the unconditional love that the Divine has for you. Does
He interfere in your life plan and says to you that because your life was taken
you succeed? No. You say that to yourself because God is in you. You are His rightful
heir. Those individuals who because of their own actions have jeopardized their
own life do so at the risk of failure in reaching their spiritual potential for
that lifetime, particularly if that decision was made outside of the original
life plan. It is basically saying, at one level or another, "I'd rather do
this, be involved in that, than to complete the life plan I initially laid out
for myself." Therefore, you become responsible. There are no rewards then
or achievements for that individual.

Physical Life is Communal Life
In this quote from William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, they tell us how we are to interact with others.
The Council: You as conscious state beings or souls were not created
to exist in an isolated environment. You were created to exist in a giving and communal
environment. Just as you exist in the All-Presence of God, each of you must
exist in the presence of others, because it is only through this giving and
taking, this sharing, this respect for one another that you find true joy and
happiness, that you find your own spirituality, that you find your own godliness.
Learn to see the goodness in yourself. Learn to see the goodness that exists in
others. Take on the responsibility of yourself and your conduct. Don't do
things that will hurt other innocent people. If by chance you do then be willing
to accept the responsibility of such actions and make amends to them. Do that
through caring about the harm or hurt you have brought to others. Most beings
in the physical form are not guilty of serious atrocities against their neighbors
or friends or families. They are guilty of the little things, the
inconsiderations, the disrespect. To many of you this may seem trivial, but your
worst karmas are made up of a collection of these little things. Your heaviest
karma is made up of collections of these little things.
I am sure that many of us have had this happen on occasion but with children sleeping in the next room the advice from William LePar's spiritual source, The Council, becomes even more important.
Questioner: About falling asleep with the radio or
television on, what about the situation where the parents are in one room
watching television and the children are in their bedroom sleeping but can
still maybe not clearly hear the television set but can still hear it?
The Council: Then those children are being fed whatever is coming out of that television set. You asked the question, here are the answers. These are important issues. They are important issues. Now, when you are asleep, a portion of the Subconscious Mind takes over the functions of the body and the awareness factor in protecting the body during its sleep time, while the conscious factor or the Conscious Level and the Subjective Level are doing what is necessary to be done during the sleep time. Again, we said a portion of the Subconscious Level is tending to the needs of the body in protecting it; it is also aware of everything that is going on in the immediate vicinity. In other words, if you can normally hear something from the next room when you are awake, you will probably in most cases and again this is with individuals, there are exceptions with certain individuals, you probably will be able to hear two rooms away instead of just in the next room, and all that information is being put into your computers, into your minds, to be dealt with later on. So, if you have children in the home and you are watching something that you would not watch in their presence, be advised they can understand words as well as they can understand pictures, and, besides, if you do not think something is appropriate for your children, then it certainly is not appropriate for you because your children will see the inconsistency, and they will see that there are two standards, yours and theirs. In certain areas because of the immaturity of children it is necessary to have what you may call two standards, but in other areas there is only one standard. So be careful when you take your naps.
William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, gives us a different perspective on Hell.
Would you please explain the
concept of the Devil and Hell, and if they are really real?
The Council: Well, we might say this that you are in your
hell right now. As far as hell and its traditional picture or symbols used, it
doesn't exist. Hell is now. The equivalent of that in the hereafter comes
through the process of this life and that is the turning away from your own
spirituality, from your own godliness, turning away from the Divine Source of life,
and in this respect then you turn away from God and look into the darkness of
your own shadow. This can be understood as hell, for in that darkness then you must
find that spark of God within you and desire it strong enough so that you can
again turn to the Light, and in so doing then the Light flows into you, fills
you, and then you become a beacon of God or God's Light.
In relationship to the
symbolism used for hell, the fire, what have you. During that period when you
rediscover the light that lies within you, during that period when you are
looking into your own darkness, you begin to realize what you have done in the
previous lifetime, what you have set aside, and a hunger grows within, a hunger
that is so strong that it becomes a burning passion, and again we are not talking
about burning in the sense of fire, but the zeal necessary to return to your
original state, the acceptance of what you have done to yourself, the distance
you have placed between you and the Light, and so this hunger to return to your
rightful place drives you with a great passion, a burning passion, so that you
eventually begin to turn back to the Light. This process happens as one is willing to accept those
actions that one is responsible for that demean them as a god, that insulted
their own godliness.
Worry not for fire and
brimstone. As possibly a tongue in cheek statement, more than likely you will
wish that fire and brimstone did exist as opposed to what you will experience.
It hurts deeply when you realize what you were, what you allowed yourself to
become. It is an insult to self. Yet, regardless of how far we have moved away
from the Light, regardless of how dark our own shadow is, we all can turn
around and face the Light once again. Once one has done that, then one is ready
to begin the review in full understanding, and after that review then the
decisions are made in respect to what you will choose for a next lifetime.

In this follow-up to the previous posting, William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, tells us what is necessary when receiving guidance from the all-knowing.
The Council: Here is the thing: All knowledge must be applied or at least, at the very least, an effort must be made to apply it. Consequently, if one just has knowledge and does nothing with it, one gains nothing, one adds nothing to one's self. The discovery of knowledge is not that hard to come by, but the practice of it is. It is necessary for insights, wisdom, what have you, that one gains either about themselves or about situations, it is necessary then to apply that in your relationship with others. In fact, it becomes an obligation to do so. The abandonment of that obligation or the lack of fulfilling that obligation can in most cases create additional karmic debt. Once you know something then you are responsible for it. Once you know something consciously, then you are responsible for it.
That
is why, at times, we somewhat trip lightly around an answer because we realize
that a more direct answer would not be beneficial to some individuals. By stepping around the answer or giving it to
you indirectly, then some individuals who need the information can understand
it. Those who are not able to deal with
the responsibility of a more direct answer are not burdened unnecessarily or
too soon or prematurely.
In this exchange between a questioner and William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, the questioner wants to know how to “tune in” to the all-knowing.
Questioner: … you have to be able to communicate with your soul in the all-knowing. Are there any steps, either through prayer or meditation, along with meeting other people and having the exchange of communication, that we could practice to get us closer to that knowledge?
The Council: The simplest way is meditation. The other effort that must go hand in hand is the prayer factor. If you pray to realize your full self or to know yourself or to experience more godly qualities, and then meditate, what you are doing in the prayer is setting a stage and the meditation then allows that stage to be filled with activities. Once the activities have happened or, in another words, once something has been given to you in meditation, you must then act upon it. Unfortunately, very few people, if they do pray and meditate will act upon the guidance given. You will never know yourself completely, because it would hinder you in your development or dealing with the material world, so there will always be a certain amount of your self that will be veiled. If one would exercise prayer and meditation as an effort to discover yourself a little better or become aware of yourself a little better, and at the same time practice at developing a more appreciative attitude towards those around an individual, then sufficient growth can be made with a minimum amount of effort. If one then puts out a great deal of effort, much growth can be gained. Simply knowing yourself will give you no real growth, at least not in the areas that an individual would need. It is the relationship and the interaction with other individuals that truly brings about the necessary growth.

The Council has stated many times that we plan our entire lives in detail before we are born. In this exchange, William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, gives us insight into our life planning and the part that free will plays as we progress through that life.
Questioner: If all things are preordained, if all of our lives are laid out in lessons to be learned before we come back or even as we come back, then all the struggle that we have in this life to change something that we already are or that we do not want, doesn't mean anything?
Questioner: Our soul, once we are here and faced with these situations, our souls can make these changes?
The Council: Oh yes, yes. You, as a soul, you, the real you, the highest part of you, is in constant control. It will determine moment by moment whether it will keep its spiritual contract that it has made with others that are part of your life, it determines moment by moment whether it will keep its agreement. If not, then truly you would be predestined; even though it would be your own choice, you would be predestined and nothing is predestined.
Questioner: How would you be in contact with your soul? How would you know?
The Council: Well, at a conscious level, you will not. It is not for you to know at a conscious level. You are to work from all that is built up in you through your conscious level.
Questioner: How do you become aware of that then?
The Council: Well, there is only so much, as we said before, that you can become aware of. After a certain point it overwhelms you and you become incapacitated, would probably be the closest word one could use, you could not function.
William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, gives us some insight to our relationship with our God.
Questioner: Is it good to say then that when we consider ourselves as part of God's being or plan that we are the reflection, reflection is a good term to use for that part of God that is in us?
The Council: Well, yes, but that only tells part of the story. You should be a reflection of God in the world. You should be a reflection of God inside of you. You are a part of God, and you are like Him. The difference between you and The God is that your potential, your potential is for quality but not quantity. Do you understand that?
Questioner: Yes.
The Council: Unfortunately, people, souls, individuals, entities, have made the choice not to be like God. They have chosen to be the way they think it will be better. They have chosen not to move in the ways of the Great Creator or the Infinite Father but to move in their own ways, which is less than He, consequently, it is not whole, consequently, it does not work. Does that make sense to you?
William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council has talked often about the value of the Ten Commandments as a source of positive guidance in our lives. The following gives their thoughts on the first commandment.
The Council: All of Creation is based on those Ten Commandments or ten principles of the Divine. They have been reduced so that they can be applied by individuals to individual situations, but all that is necessary to begin to comprehend the magnitude is to allow those principles to expand a little bit more with each time that you meditate on them. And if you are a proficient meditator, it will not take too long for you to begin to realize the immensity of those ten simple statements, the magnitude that lies within their meaning. Take, for instance, what is the first Commandment?
(pause)
Well, please do not overpower us with
your knowledge.
The Council: What does that say?
Questioner: There is only one God.
The Council: That is about what it says in the other forms. Someone repeat the first Commandment, so that all can hear.
Questioner: "I am the Lord thy God, thou shalt not have strange gods before me."
The Council: Very well. What is the first segment of the Commandment? Repeat it, please.
Questioner: "I am the Lord thy God."
The Council: Very well. Now, think, all of you, think. "I am the Lord thy God." Is that stating that an outside source is making that statement? Or is it stating that an inside source is making that statement? It is stating both. Once you recognize that there is an outside source of Creation, and once you accept that as a truth, then you will begin to realize that there is also an inside source. So the first principle, Divine principle, is that you must recognize that outer Divine Source, but you must also, to complete that, recognize that inner divine source. Now, would you please continue with the rest.
Questioner: "Thou shall not have strange gods before me."
The Council: Ah. "Thou shalt not have strange gods before me." The outer source is saying to the inner source, "Do not have those things before you, those gods before you, that are not the same as you." If you do not worship an outside source that is alien to THE Creative Source, then there will be no alien source or alien god in you. Does that make sense? In actuality, what it is saying is that this Divine Source, this Divine Creator, is instructing you in the awareness that you are also divine, but in order to maintain that divinity you must not worship any other god. Because once you worship another god, then you are no longer a reflection of that Creative God, because that Creative God IS the source of all that is, and once you turn your back on that, then you become less. We could go on and on and on to explain it, but that is just a small, little hint of what it is saying beyond the words. Thank you for your assistance.

God is the living essence of all that is created spiritual and material, and as this essence you simply feed off of it, you are suspended in this ocean of love, in this universe of love, you are similar to a beautiful goldfish in a bowl, but a bowl that is so tremendous that it encompasses all that is ever and ever will be created, and each of you are capable of having your own universe to work in. You cannot live or exist in any place without touching the life-giving love of the Infinite Father.
As a beautiful piece of needlepoint or tapestry is developed, it is first constructed from a backing, the stitches are placed very precisely in certain places in this backing, and as time progresses then a beautiful picture is formed and the backing is completely covered. You are the beautiful stitches; the backing that holds those stitches together is the Divine: that is the basis of the tapestry, the stitches are of no value without the backing, but the backing has a value for anyone else who wishes to apply their stitches to it. The foundation is always the necessity.
In
this discussion between a researcher in SOL’s Research and Study Group and
William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, there is an interesting dialogue
concerning hypnosis.
Questioner:
We had a series of questions on hypnosis. When you go into hypnosis, where are you?
The
Council: That is not a question that can be answered quite as simply as it is
stated. Depending on the individual, depending on how deep the hypnotic trance
is will determine where you are or where you go. There are many levels of consciousness
to each individual or subconscious levels, therefore one must be careful . . .
Questioner:
In hypnosis, can you tap into erroneous information?
The
Council: Most assuredly, there are many levels or personalities or subconscious
individuals within that individual so to speak. There is an opportunity to
become involved with that portion of you that is not the most pleasant or the
most honest. Therefore, naturally, the information would not be correct. Man
does not fully understand himself physically, let alone emotionally.
Questioner:
So then how much is correct information would depend on which level that you
were at?
The
Council: Yes. In generally speaking an individual will return basically to the
same level for information depending of course on the information requested.
Questioner:
Do you mean by that that an individual will decide upon a certain level and
then will generally always return to that?
The
Council: This depends then on the individual.
Some can choose to return to a specific level, others cannot. This goes
beyond your ability to understand, it goes beyond the ability of even the most
advanced of doctors to understand. An individual can be directed to return to a
specific level of hypnosis or information if that individual is guided properly
and in a consistent manner or suggestion made that the individual return there.
William
LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, suggests that we reach out after we have
looked inward.
The
Council: There are many who have great inner energies or powers that were given
to them to use for the uplifting and development of others, but many fail to bring
them about. They become self-centered. They withdraw into themselves thinking
only of their own spiritual development. This is wrong. One only develops by
extending oneself. True it does take one to turn inward to find this. Once this
is brought out, the inward is no longer necessary. Reach out to those who need
help. In doing so one learns the process of growth and development. For only by
doing for others can one gain for oneself. You are at the threshold of a new
life, if you choose to cross it. It will demand much patience, much work, and
much sacrifice.
Do not
fear that you cannot accomplish this, for no task is taken on that one is not fortified
far beyond need.
For
each who takes a position, the Plan of the Infinite Father is also given
strength. In case one chooses not to overcome all those karmas that may or may
not be for them to accomplish, whether they choose through their own selfishness
to go their own way, they will not interrupt the Infinite Plan, for others are
ready to replace, so one must feel that they are strong enough to accomplish.
Your Father is a loving Father. He guarantees you all that you need and then some.
All this knowledge is written. It is only the physical frailties that prevent
you from knowing it. This goes for each and every individual. Some of these
frailties are as lessons. They build strength of the spirit.

During this exchange with a questioner William LePar's spiritual source, The Council, tells us how the Divine has provided for the healing of all illnesses.
Questioner: How could I pursue the acquisition of
knowledge concerning the healing properties of plants, and how can I pursue the
application of this knowledge toward actually healing people?
The Council: As far as discovering new healing sources or new herbs, this has all been very well covered by others, and the discovery of anything new is not possible. What you can do that would be of a great contribution is to accumulate all the information, not only on the herbs and their properties but on specific ailments that have been treated by the different herbs and correlate the healing and the herb or the sickness and the herb. Do you understand? In other words, if you were to take magnesium for a nervous condition and you were to, shall we say, eat peas to bring in more magnesium into the system to help control a nervous condition, then you would study the property of peas and also study or become aware that peas were used as a healing. You understand this?
Questioner: Yes, I see.
The Council: As far as giving you new information, new miracle cures, mankind has all the cures necessary in the herbs.
Questioner: No, I didn't really expect that.
The Council: And what we would like to see you do, where you could be the greatest benefit, is gathering together the information, and on occasion experimenting with the family. One word of warning. Some systems, some entities some physical bodies have a sensitivity to this herb or that herb where another may not, and the caution would be lessen the amount if there is any suspicion or a truer caution would be lessen the amount in the beginning and increase gradually.
Questioner: Yes.
The Council: Although the sensitivity to herbs and minerals, the effects would not be as drastic or severe or harmful as, shall we say, a chemical compound they can upset the system to a degree. There are, of course, some herbs that are toxic; these should be handled with extreme care.
Questioner: Well, how could I investigate the herbs in this area for medical properties and so forth?
The Council: A surveying of what is available and a gathering and comparing that to the information that is already available; virtually everything that grows has been classified for its property. In this area you have the people necessary that can give you the information you want. It would be advisable to become particularly familiar with those herbs that are closest to where the family exists, because if certain things transpire, if those times do come, then you will need all the information necessary; you will need a knowledge of all the herbs available in the area.
Questioner: You are speaking of herbs, does that include flowers?
The Council: Generally flowers are part of the herb family. Many herbs, the true value is in the blossom or in the seed as opposed to the stem or leaf. It is like this, the Divine Father has provided a flower for a cure, a stem for the same cure, a root for the same cure, a seed for the same cure; so if you cannot get one you will be able to get the other; but it would be wise to have all that you can on hand, all the knowledge, so that at certain times of the year a flower is available and at the fall of the year that flower's seed is available, and what that seed may cure may not be the same that the flower cures.
In this quote from William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, we are given advice on viewing illness.
Questioner: Can The Council
address the source of mental illness? Is it a spiritual crisis?
The Council: All sicknesses,
whether they be of the physical nature or the mental nature, are part of the life
plan. It is in many cases to create a situation wherein others around that
individual have the opportunities to show their love and their compassion. At
times, certain mental illnesses prevent an individual from making mistakes that
they have made many times in previous lifetimes. But we must learn to look at
all sickness, whether they be physical or of the mental nature, in these terms:
These individuals are blessed and have come in to give each of you the
opportunity to serve, to express your love, your godliness. One should not look
at such situations, that of physical or mental sicknesses, as a karmic
condition for that individual. This isn't a loving attitude. Look at it in a
very productive and positive way for yourself. This is your opportunity to show
whether or not you are a loving god or a selfish person who rejects the
opportunity to be giving. As with the physical problems, because everything
must have a means of operation or rules in order to create a common ground,
mental illnesses originally begin in a malfunction of the body's workings. At
the seat of all emotional problems or mental illness is the chemistry, the
blood chemistry, and how it affects all of the parts or organs of the body.
That is the natural law or rule in which such conditions come about.
Remember, any illness, regardless of what it is, is your
opportunity to serve another individual, and in so doing you serve yourself,
and this is good because in serving yourself in that manner you are showing
yourself how godly you really can be. Taking care of those who are ill
certainly isn't an easy job, but remember this, if there is anything of value,
if there is anything real, it requires a great deal of work. Those things that
you accomplish in this lifetime of a spiritual nature will not necessarily come
easily all the time, but once you have acquired those you will never
lose them. They become part of your spiritual wealth, a wealth that will never
be taken away.
