This information from William LePar’s spiritual
source, The Council, gives us an interesting perspective on who is truly responsible
for the condition of the world today. Those who are younger and believe that it
is only their parents, grandparents and great grandparents who are responsible
and not them. They do not seem to understand reincarnation.
Questioner: I would like to know something about the purposes
of generations or other groups that come in together and especially those
people that are just becoming adults now?
The Council: Those individuals who are becoming adults by
legal standards are truly far from being adults because of the family situations
or conditions or attitudes that most of the young people have been raised
under, their maturity level is generally not reached until mid to late 30s. If
these individuals do not take it upon themselves to begin to assume the
responsibilities of their life and the conditions that they are in, their future
will not be as bright as it could be. All souls come in to the life or the world
or the human form with conditions as they are. At times those conditions can be productive.
At other times they can be, shall we say, somewhat less productive. But regardless
those souls, those individuals, must assume the responsibility of correction not
only for themselves but for the general condition or state of the world from
that point on. They cannot wash their hands of that responsibility by saying,
"I did not create it." How can you say that? Who knows? You may have,
in a previous lifetime, been the very individual or part of a group of individuals
who initiated the, how shall we put it, effects and the ramifications it would have
long into the future.
